First Muse - Mixed Reality

The piece that started Arachno's journey as an artist. I didn't think I could "paint". So I started with a photo that I took of my lovely muse and spent just about tens of hours on my first "draft", adding color, focusing on details I enjoyed, learning texture, and before I knew it, I found myself with a piece that is rooted in the original photograph, but invariably brings your attention back to the roughly 28,000 digital strokes of apple pencil on this canvas. Mixed reality of of a photo being used as canvas. 

Please note, the bright colors of this piece on your screen do get a bit muted when printed on canvas, so the painting is best suited for rooms with darker tones.
