We do not accept returns for change of mind, as each piece is made to order.

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.
  • Misprints:
    If your product has a misprint that is clearly our fault, we will replace the product or issue a full refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    If your order is lost or stolen during transit, we will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if confirmed, offer a refund or replacement 

    What We Don't Cover:
  • Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept returns for items that the customer simply changes their mind about or do not like.
  • Size or Color Mismatches: We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect size or color choices made by the customer.
  • Damage Caused by Customer: We do not cover damage caused by the customer after receiving the product.

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
